DEPOSITS

​​Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your booking you may do so once before your deposit is void. A reschedule is only possible one week or more prior to your appointment date. If you have booked an appointment within one week of your booking you forfeit the one free reschedule. Please note all of the above is entirely at the artists own discretion.
 
Our artists are self employed & represent themselves as sole traders. Their admin & pre-tattoo prepartion is included in the deposit cost, if their appointments are cancelled or rescheduled they are operating at a loss for that day. If your artist is unable to make your appointment, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund.

The price quoted & agreed upon is for the requested design. Each artist prepares your design before arrival. Small amendments may be possible before your appointment, but significant deviations will require an entirely new quote, appointment & deposit.

ARtwork & Copywright

All designs and artwork supplied remain the intellectual property and copyright of the originating artist. Payment of a deposit covers the artist’s time in preparing the design and does not transfer ownership or reproduction rights.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, shared with another tattoo artist or studio for reproduction, modified, traced, or uploaded to or used with AI or generative image services without the artist’s prior written permission.

Unauthorised use or reproduction may constitute copyright infringement.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

The day of YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Please make sure you are well rested before your tattoo appointment

  • Shower or wash thoroughly on the day of your appointment

  • Eat a proper meal beforehand

  • Bring a bottled drink with you
    Please only bring essential belongings into the studio

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed

  • If you are unsure what to wear, ask your artist beforehand

  • Please attend your appointment alone unless this has been agreed with your artist in advance

  • Complete and submit your consent form before your appointment where possible

  • Please bring the correct payment amount based on the price agreed with your artist

  • We accept payment by cash or bank transfer

  • Final designs are usually sent the day before your appointment

  • Requests for significant changes that differ from the original agreed design may result in additional charges, rescheduling or cancellation

  • Wheelchair access is available

  • If you are considering using numbing cream, please discuss this with your artist before your appointment

  • You may be asked to provide valid identification on arrival

  • Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice or agreement, your appointment may be cancelled

  • Late arrival may reduce the amount of tattooing time available and could result in your tattoo being left incomplete or requiring an additional appointment

  • If you have not already completed your consent form and health questionnaire, you will be asked to do so before the tattoo begins

  • Food is not permitted within the treatment area

  • Children are not permitted in the studio or reception area for the duration of your appointment

  • If your artist has agreed for you to bring a guest, they may be asked to remain in reception during the appointment for safety, space and hygiene reasons
